No. The extension works in the Chrome where you are already logged in to instagram.com. It never asks for or stores your Instagram password.
The extension pauses a few seconds between profiles (you pick Safe, Balanced or Fast), waits longer by itself when Instagram asks it to slow down, and stops for a few minutes if Instagram insists. No tool can promise Instagram will never limit an account, so keep the default delays and don't run very large scans on a brand-new account.
By default only business and creator accounts, plus comments that clearly ask to buy. Personal accounts are skipped. You choose the keywords and buyer words in Settings.
