1. The service
InstaLeads Pro is provided by InstaLeads Pro. By creating an account or using the extension you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account. New accounts may need approval.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. In particular you will:
- follow Instagram's and Google's terms of service and use your own Instagram account at your own risk — automated activity can lead Instagram to limit or block accounts;
- follow anti-spam, marketing and data-protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact;
- honour requests from people who ask you not to contact them or to delete their data;
- not use the service to harass anyone, send bulk unsolicited messages, or collect data about children or private individuals.
4. Plans and payment
Free and paid plans have different limits and features, shown on the Plans page. Paid plans are activated after payment is confirmed and run until the date shown on your account; when a plan ends, your account returns to the free plan and limits apply again. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or are used for abuse. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
6. No warranty
The service depends on third-party websites that can change without notice, so features may stop working or return incomplete results. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, InstaLeads Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for actions taken by Instagram or other platforms against your accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
